Description:
Roadstone Ltd invites applications for the position of Dispatch Clerk in Kilmacow.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Dealing with customers and members of the public in a professional and helpful manner.
- Scheduling of deliveries, optimising of transport and processing of dockets.
- Daily Cash reconciliations.
- Reporting of Complaints and Safety issues to the Location Manager.
- Management of the sales/cost reports for audit compliance.
- Filing of delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to supplier accounts.
- Manage and operate the office in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Process all orders in an efficient and a timely manner.
- Other duties as requested by the Location Manager.
