Responsibilities:
WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?
The role is responsible for the safe and on time refilling of Seagas Clients in the TPRP trading through strict monitoring of operations. This role will also prevent runouts of LPG products and ensure over all business interest of SPI are protected by ensuring that the terms and conditions of the refilling agreement with the TPRP are strictly adhered to.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Oversee the refilling operation and documents the sale of LPG in the assigned 3rd PartyRefilling Plant (TPRP) as SeaOil Philippines Inc. (SPI) Representative.
- Provide assistance for issuing documents in real time from the suppliers terminal
- Ensure daily update of the daily dispatched report as well as the issuance the correct DR and invoice with corresponding seals attached in truck of bulk transaction at suppliers terminal
- Ensure that SPI’s business interest are protected according to TPRP refilling contract and supply agreement
