Career Opportunity Description:
The Dispatcher is responsible for seamlessly coordinating multiple drivers and customers in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for receiving calls and emails, logging detailed information correctly for processing and then dispatching appropriate drivers and material to the call. A professional and pleasant phone manner is essential for this position. Training for the dispatch position will include extensive knowledge of material, equipment and routes suitable for each call
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule daily planning and assist with dispatching duties
Clerical & reception work: answering phones, emails, filing, etc.
Customer service: Handle inquiries and fielding complaints from the clients and public
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Great Customer Service Skills
Self-motivated and responsible
Attention to detail
Preparing border paperwork
R&M coordination
Checking driver routes and GPS for efficiency
Collecting driver’s paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and analysis
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain logistics
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and filing systems
• Knowledge of freight operations and roll-off truck procedures
• Knowledge of E-manifest, CARM, BorderConnect essential

  Pay: $42,000.00-$46,500.00 per year
