Responsibilities:

About the Role:

As a Dispatcher at Jet Aviation, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between our fleet, clients, and crew. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You will manage everything from flight planning and crew rotations to liaising with airport authorities worldwide. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where no two days are the same.

  • Plan and coordinate fleet management activities.
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, crews, and management.
  • Secure landing and overflight permissions by communicating with Airport Authorities globally.
  • Compile and manage ATC flight plans and operate communication systems such as SITA & AFTN.
  • Organize ground handling logistics and crew rotations.
  • Provide supervision during night shifts, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Work within a 24-hour shift rotation to provide continuous support.
