Dispensary Assistant

We’re a small group of independently owned Progressive Community Pharmacies based in South Wales. We pride ourselves in offering a friendly, patient centred approach from our modern light, bright pharmacy in New Inn, Pontypool.
We are looking to recruit a qualified NVQ level 2 Qualified Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant with at least a year’s experience in this role, or someone who would like to train for this role. You will be required to have at least 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above which must include Maths, English and Science.
You will be patient focused and self motivated to help our pharmacy achieve its aim in delivering a first class approach to pharmacy for our patients. We’re an ambitious company and we’re looking for someone who can rise to the challenge.
An understanding of the NHS Wales Pharmacy Contract and the recent changes is desired, along with highly accurate and efficient dispensing skills, helping our Pharmacists and team to maximise their potential.
This is a Part Time position in a fast paced pharmacy. You must be self motivated and excited to help the team suceed.
