REQUIREMENTS

As well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail, both independently and as part of the team, you will be flexible and hardworking, with a confident and friendly manner, demonstrating both excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year’s dispensing experience and hold the NVQ2 dispensing qualification.
Applicants must be able to work Monday to Saturday as per the Pharmacy rota.

Responsibilities:

As a Dispenser you will assist the Pharmacist in all aspects of the smooth running of the busy Pharmacy to ensure that prescriptions are received, checked and dispensed accurately and in a timely manner, and that customers receive an efficient and friendly service. In addition to the preparation of prescriptions, duties include greeting and serving customers, ensuring shelves are tidy & fully stocked, ordering and receiving stock and signing up all eligible patients for available services.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including pension and 23 days’ holiday plus statutory days.
