Responsibilities:

ROLE CONTEXT:

This is a hybrid role giving experience of both programmatic display ads management and also sophisticated client admin and process management.
Working collaboratively with the account director and account manager as well as several other internal stakeholders, the candidate will support in the delivery of planning, buying and optimizations across programmatic display platforms and 3rd party providers. This will be appx 50% of the time.
The other 50% will be working closely with the precision director on cross-channel processes that keep the team and the client running smoothly including finance processes, campaign reporting and a variety of diverse analysis tasks.
The successful candidate will be working across one of Wavemaker’s biggest global clients, an online subscription-based client, part of one of the world’s biggest brands.
The account offers a strong opportunity to innovate and build expertise across a wide range of digital channels, with the clients open to testing and learning from new platforms, audiences and tactics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with the Precision Director on collating and forecasting monthly finance figures
  • Responsible for monthly finance processes
  • Assisting the Display Director on responses to briefs using a wide range of tools and platforms
  • Campaign set-up and implementation, adhering to Wavemaker’s processes and best practices
  • Daily monitoring, budget checks and optimization of performance across channels
  • Support on the day to day QA process across display media activation, minimizing errors and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process
  • Support on delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis and actionable insights
  • Direct client servicing exposure with regular contact via weekly status and reporting calls
  • Working in partnership with the adops team to deploy the campaign setup requirements across all channels
  • Identifying client challenges and providing prompt feedback to the Directors to develop new approaches to continually improve campaign performance
  • Ensure all budgets are booked and reconciled through the relevant financial process in line with agreed deadlines
  • Contribute to materials required for regular internal and client meetings
