THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Dispute Management Agent to join our team. This role is essential in managing cardholder disputes, safeguarding the interests of both client banks and their cardholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process cardholder disputes to determine eligibility for reimbursement.
  • Process chargebacks with scheme tools (Visa Resolve Online or Mastercom).
  • Identify trends in disputes to enhance fraud monitoring and overall efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scheme regulations and local payment laws.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and provide training support to newcomers.
  • Reply to clients regarding the outcome of the dispute.
