The role of the Finance Dispute Associate is to manage the collection and dispute management process for the French market.
You will also work closely with the teams in Order Management, Inventory Deployment and different warehouse teams, breweries and carriers.

What will you be doing:
- Own the end-to-end process of Order to Cash (OTC) specifically the collection and dispute management processes.
- Delegate and follow-up the requests impacting the process with all implicated stakeholders: Sales Finance, Trade Investment Cell, Key Account Managers, FP&A, Invoicing, Pricing… etc.
- Ensure all requests are treated within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement parameters
- Continuously look for improvements and automation opportunities across the process to reduce as much the lead time on the dispute resolution.
- Ensure minimal impact is accounted at each end of month for the scope’s Commercial Loss and Overdue results
What you’ll bring:
- Fluency in English and French mandatory
- Experience with working in an SAP environment
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre environment would be an advantage
- SAP or Salesforce experience is preferred
- Strong Excel skills are a must, PowerBI is a plus
- Adaptable and flexible
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
