Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join our well established clients Dispute Resolution department. The department provides legal advice to clients across a wide spectrum of commercial disputes.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Law degree or equivalent experience
- High levels of motivation and organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Good levels of IT literacy (we use a range of specialist software)
- An enjoyment of team work

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients
- Drafting ‘letters before action’
- Assisting in complex litigation to include preparation of lists of disclosure
- Updating clients as to the progress of their claims
- Preparing trial bundles
- Attending court instructing counsel and at interlocutory hearings
- Researching points of law
