Description:
We are hiring a Pricing Specialist responsible for supporting the Dispute Resolution process within the Pricing & Contracts organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
- 1 year minimum experience in similar capacity.
- Advanced English is a must.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Familiarity with SAP a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve pricing queries and credit disputes with the Americas distribution channel (dealer network).
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers, and dealers.
- Review pricing contracts, quotes, reports, cost verification questions, specification guides, and marketing materials.
- Track and communicate resolved discrepancies.
