Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are hiring a Pricing Specialist responsible for supporting the Dispute Resolution process within the Pricing & Contracts organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
• 1 year minimum experience in similar capacity.
• Advanced English is a must.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Familiarity with SAP a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven adaptability with a talent for managing time-sensitive tasks and shifting priorities.

• Analyze and resolve pricing queries and credit disputes with the Americas distribution channel (dealer network).
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, customers, and dealers.
• Review pricing contracts, quotes, reports, cost verification questions, specification guides, and marketing materials.
• Track and communicate resolved discrepancies.
