Description:

Are you an experienced and meticulous Disrepair Coordinator who can serve as the first point of contact to receive property disrepair claims? Are you ready to join a certified Great Places to Work organisation to guide various teams to optimise resolution timeframes? If so, you belong at Bromford!
In this critical role, you’ll be managing incoming property disrepair claims or hazard notifications and liaising between various stakeholders. Leveraging superb communication abilities, you’ll facilitate prompt claim acknowledgement, surveyor assignment, documentation, and resolution.
Your core responsibilities will be to be the initial interface for all disrepair claims and solicitor correspondence, liaising with customers, contractors, legal teams through the resolution process to help drive equitable settlements. You will need to use your excellent organisational skills to coordinate appointments and work of surveyors assessing cases.
To be successful in this role you will need to manage acknowledgements, disclosures and instructions aligned to data regulations. You will uphold housing disrepair process standards across repairs environment and apply project coordination experience driving claim outcomes by recording and inputting details into databases for tracking and analysis.

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND QUALITIES, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU:

  • Highly experienced administering housing disrepair claims with an understanding of landlord and tenant legislation
  • Working knowledge of property repairs and maintenance
  • A basic understanding of the civil court procedure rules
  • Strong IT skills and data analysis
  • Organised multi-tasker with keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative communicator adept at coordination
  • Self-motivated problem-solver and creative thinker
  • Passionate about service excellence
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
