Job Description
We’re searching for a visionary Product Category Director in Headphones and Microphones, passionate about disrupting the audio industry. With over a decade of experience, you likely already know our products. You’ll lead market development, transform strategies and challenge norms, while curating product portfolios and spearheading long-term innovation.
Your role involves developing a forward-looking category strategy, shaping the future of our products, and creating business cases that drive innovation. You’ll also oversee your product portfolio, ensuring groundbreaking introductions and continuous quality. Cross-functional collaboration is key, working closely with local and remote teams to deliver transformative experiences.
Requirements include industry-specific expertise, a history of successfully implementing strategies, and strong analytical and communication skills. You’ll join a collaborative team near Duesseldorf with hybrid work options and a supportive work environment.
