REQUIREMENTS

The candidate should have an accounting degree/professional qualification recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) with at least 3 years of relevant audit experience in a professional practice. We are looking for the following qualities:

• A good understanding of accounting principles
• a proven ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple commitments
• a pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving and good analytical skillset
• good written and verbal communication skills
• ability to adapt to change and is open to new ideas
• good communication and interpersonal skills to work as a team player
• keen interest in capital market

WORK YOU’LL DO

The candidate will work with a team of IPO specialists within the Assurance Department.
He or she will be tasked with leading a team to provide historical audit services to a portfolio of diversified clients with the intention to list on a stock exchange, comprising local SMEs, local conglomerates and subsequent to a successful IPO, public listed companies.
He or she can look forward to challenges unique to initial public offerings related work and advisory services on IPO readiness, including opportunities to work with various professional parties and providing insights to client by helping to develop their IPO roadmap.
He or she will also be part of a team engaged in market eminence building activities.
