The Distribution Administrator will play a pivotal role in administering various tasks to support the Distribution Center operations.
Your responsibilities will involve document preparation, logistics routing and data entry. It requires self-direction with the ability to multi-task while possessing strong analytical and practical skillset. You will also work collaboratively with the Distribution Management and Customer Service Team to develop and attain an efficient and cohesive environment while achieving effective business decisions that meet all company initiatives and objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in distribution administrative support function or relevant area
  • (Manufacturing/Distribution) is required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (College preferred)
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Exce

  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
  • Creativity and ability to deal well with ambiguity

  • Basic understanding of warehouse/distribution operation

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all Shipping documentation required for domestic and international processing
  • Establish clear direction of customer specific shipping requirements to the DC Leadership team to ensure service levels are met
  • Arrange and schedule all domestic and international outbound transportation and carriers
  • Assist management with items related to shipping issues (i.e. shortages, claims, damages etc.)
  • Act as liaison between distribution center with customer service team

Education and Experience:
