Description:

Robert Half has partnered with a hospitability company to search for a Distribution Analyst. This role is temp-to hire and 100% onsite Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing and supply chain strategies for Food, Beverages, and Paper/Packaging Categories, as well as Indirect Categories, like Chemicals and Smallwares.
  • Ensure alignment of Procurement strategies and execution plans with the Business Leaders (Mkt/Ops/SQA/GMs) and Master Franchisees
  • Manage relationship with our consolidators (3PLs) in the United Sates, including logistic SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement programs
  • Identify and execute key opportunities to optimize food costs and improve franchisee profitability
  • Manage consolidator spend database, and ensure it is up to date and used effectively for RFI, RFP, negotiations & constant identification of opportunities
  • Build procurement awareness and capability in regional and franchise teams
  • Provide support for New Country market entries to ensure supply and availability of products
  • Provide support in approval and onboarding of new suppliers into the RBI system
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, International Distribution, and/or Procurement preferred
  • Team player with strong communication and problem solving skills as well as leadership capabilities
  • Develops financial models to analyze cost savings opportunities to determine viability and profitability
  • Strong analytical skills (researching, analyzing and interpreting data)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management and interpersonal skills
  • QSR, food processing, retail or CPG experience preferred
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is required
