Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The AutoStore Associate, will be responsible for the efficient operation of the AutoStore system, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of customer orders. The duties will include accurately inducting products into AutoStore, picking items from the bins according to orders, and pulling items for replenishment. The AutoStore Associate will strive to achieve and maintain target rates for induction, picking, and pulling while adhering to company best practices. Additionally, monitoring AutoStore for any deviations from normal operating standards and promptly alerting leadership.
Pay Rate: $16/Hr
What you will do?:
- Induct product into AutoStore ensuring accurate entry of inventory
- Pick product from Autostore bins according to customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pull Internal Tracking Numbers (ITNs) from shelves for AutoStore replenishment according to pick list
- Achieve and maintain target rates for induction, picking, and pulling while following Current Best Practices (CBPs)
- Alert leadership to any deviation from normal operating standards within AutoStore
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement within Autostore
What you bring to the table!:
- High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use and learn Material Handling Equipment (MHE), as needed
- Basic computer skills i.e. familiarity with Windows, email (outlook), data entry (inputting data into existing spreadsheets), basic security awareness, etc.
- Proficient in utilizing and adapting to multiple operating systems
- Pick products throughout the warehouse using RF scan guns in a timely fashion with a focus on quality, as neededEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse management system experience ERP and OMS experience preferred
- Previous warehouse experience, preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation preferred
