Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Several years of management experience in a large unionized company preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills to multiple audiences, from front-line staff to senior and executive management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and NESTC standards, and experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Previous experience with SAP is an asset.Experience and proficiency with Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all logistics activities to ensure efficient delivery, fleet, technical service and warehouse operations.
  • Full P&L responsibility to achieve OPEX budgets.
  • Maintain complex relationships, requiring the development of relationships while adhering to our policies and practices.
  • Build a high performing team with a strong foundation of integrity, accountability and corporate messaging.
  • Identify, plan and lead the execution of optimization initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders, suppliers and senior management.
  • Ensure that all regulatory compliance standards and facility policies are communicated and adhered to (CNESST safety standards) and ensure its promotion and team engagement.
