POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting in the daily execution of distribution operations for Medacta USA.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with one to two years related experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 years overall related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures and manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing the accurate receipt, storage, and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Reviews records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Work directly with management to rectify any identified issues and report as required.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner (5S).
  • Ensure inventory accountability in the warehouse is always maintained through cycle count and process validation.
  • Ensure all Medacta International policies are always met.
  • Interface and collaborate routinely with Logistics and Customer Service personnel.
  • Report statistical data as requested.
