Description:
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE AND GROW?
We are currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to optimize distribution efficiency, while minimizing costs and ensuring excellent service to internal and external customers on a national level (24/7 centralized environment). In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of the team of dispatch analysts dedicated to the national distribution of bulk products (liquid gas delivered by tanker).
- Analyze bulk distribution logistics processes and KPIs, suggest and implement recommendations to ensure their improvement and consistency;
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports;
- Train, qualify and coach analysts to achieve set objectives;
- Schedule analysts to ensure 24/7 coverage;
- Support daily operational activities;
- Understand and ensure compliance with procedures related to the Industrial Operations group as outlined in the Quality Manual;
- Enable effective use of distribution planning tools for continuous optimization;
- Participate in the promotion of safety and quality objectives.
