• You will be overseeing the fulfilment of the business distribution strategy within Victoria/Tasmania
• Providing contract management leadership to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness Working closely with all key stakeholders to identify efficiencies to drive change and improvements in the delivery process
• In addition to that you will be driving effective contractor management process to achieve the best value for Linde
• Preparing the Distribution operating budget within the areas and support the annual productivity targets in the Distribution workstream
• Furthermore, working with the Central Distribution team to execute key strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement
• Ensuring compliance to Linde standards, local regulations and contracted terms & conditions as well as compliance to all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality
