We are looking for a highly motivated Distribution Operations Manager to oversee our distribution team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality support for musicians distributing their music through LANDR. In this role, you will manage the team of support agents, optimize productivity and performance, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve company goals.
Reporting to the CFO, you will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, refining workflows, and maintaining high support standards, helping LANDR reach new heights in digital music distribution.
