Distribution Planning Analyst

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

In addition to looking at various elements of our transportation network you will be the liaison with our warehouse to troubleshoot issues with customer returns. Ensuring that they have the most accurate information to facilitate ease of execution to address exceptions that arise due to missing or incorrect information.
This role will have exposure to the inventory buying process and understand the system dependencies required to ensure we are providing a clear signal to inventory planning to optimize our inventory purchase. This knowledge of our inventory and warehousing network will be leveraged to create accurate weekly inventory reporting.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

Excel and Power Point skills are critical to the role
Ability to work independently
Willing to contact various departments and build relationships to deliver on operational objectives
Strong analytical skills
Adept problem solver and an eye for detail/accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and a willingness to learn
