In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and manage distribution projects on a global scale. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in project management and strong communication and leadership skills.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 yrs. minimum experience required in project management
- Logistics/supply chain experience
- Proficiency in appropriate project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Proficiency in personal computer applications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
- Proficiency in basic project management concepts.
- Knowledge of internal systems associated with projects (i.e. Salesforce, GPMS, Trackwise).
- In-depth understanding of distribution projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills.
- Strong and effective communicator with excellent relationship building
- Ability to develop strong customer leadership

Responsibilities:
- Handle and lead operational aspects of large-scale distribution projects and project management teams.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the project.
- Define joint project goals and objectives with the client.
- Provide end-to-end project management globally and cross-functionally across all services.
- Act as the point of escalation and coordination for the customer and the project team members.
- Define and track metrics, maintain unified dashboards, and report on global project progress.
- Provide global financial information and lead project closeout activities.
