DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST - ANZ
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our distribution service team as a Distribution Specialist and support us with all relevant steps regarding the process of supply chain.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Distribution Specialist, you will be contributing to the planning and ongoing delivery of products by managing the third-party service providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the Distribution, Logistics & Customer Service processes performed by 3PL distribution service providers to be in line with contract, SLA, and KPI.
- Handle the internal customers’ complaints and follow up to close the service gap with the service provider.
- Continuous process improvements and contingency planning
- Monitor the sales movement according to the system interface and SOTC completion.
- Reconcile monthly ending sales and inventory reporting between SAP system and distribution service provider’s system.
- Manage 3PL distribution service providers to ensure the provision of contractual services meet customer requirements.
- Monitor Secondary Distribution monthly costs and budgets.
- Proactive support for any supply related project and initiatives
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in logistics
- 3PL Account Management
- Team leadership experience
- Customer Service experience
- SAP Experience
- Warehouse Operations exposure and understanding
- Ability to build and maintain relationships between key stakeholders.
- Functional mastery of written and spoken English
- Computer literate (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel)
