DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST - ANZ

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our distribution service team as a Distribution Specialist and support us with all relevant steps regarding the process of supply chain.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Distribution Specialist, you will be contributing to the planning and ongoing delivery of products by managing the third-party service providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor the Distribution, Logistics & Customer Service processes performed by 3PL distribution service providers to be in line with contract, SLA, and KPI.
  • Handle the internal customers’ complaints and follow up to close the service gap with the service provider.
  • Continuous process improvements and contingency planning
  • Monitor the sales movement according to the system interface and SOTC completion.
  • Reconcile monthly ending sales and inventory reporting between SAP system and distribution service provider’s system.
  • Manage 3PL distribution service providers to ensure the provision of contractual services meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor Secondary Distribution monthly costs and budgets.
  • Proactive support for any supply related project and initiatives

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in logistics
  • 3PL Account Management
  • Team leadership experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Warehouse Operations exposure and understanding
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships between key stakeholders.
  • Functional mastery of written and spoken English
  • Computer literate (Microsoft applications: Word, Excel)
