Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join our amazing team in the DC and play a key role in the day to day operations. You will assist in the efficient running of the distribution centre by ensuring the completion of all appropriate tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Other duties will include (but are not limited to)

  • Physical checks of all outgoing pallets to ensure they are structurally sound and are labeled for the correct store.
  • Check all relevant details of pallets e.g. size / store numbers etc.
  • Ensure packaging within pallets is correct.
  • Train team members where appropriate on the correct stacking of pallets.
  • Check cartons / pallets against dispatch.
  • Undertake checks for consignment closures during the day.
  • Sorting / Identification of problem stock.
  • Trouble Shooting / Problem Solving.
  • Correct labeling of outgoing stock.
  • Undertaking cyclic stock take tasks.
  • Completion of identified consignment audits.
  • This role will require you to use a stock picker at height
  • Liaison with Inventory Supervisor to identify errors.

This role is Monday - Friday2:00pm - 10:30pm working 40 hours a week.
This role is $31.37 / hr

Qualifications

  • Previous distribution experience would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • A passion to deliver great results
  • Must be able to work with machinery (training and licenses provided)
  • Must be okay to work at heights.
