This position is located in Brampton, CA and is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.
The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization’s warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensures the monitoring and the distribution, materials, tools, equipment and allocation of all personnel.
- Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments
- Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
- Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager
- Perform monthly Associate performance reviews
- Create and enforce a safe working environment
- Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
- Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs
- Resolve employee issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Other duties as required by the operation and position
Qualifications:
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- OR Associates degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of supervisory experience
