This position is located in Brampton, CA and is a full time, 1st shift opportunity.
The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people, supervising and leading the organization’s warehouses, setting direction for production and deploying resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensures the monitoring and the distribution, materials, tools, equipment and allocation of all personnel.
  • Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments
  • Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
  • Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager
  • Perform monthly Associate performance reviews
  • Create and enforce a safe working environment
  • Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
  • Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse back-orders and quality errors while reducing costs
  • Resolve employee issues
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Other duties as required by the operation and position

Qualifications:

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • OR Associates degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • OR High School Diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of supervisory experience
