We are seeking a proactive Distributor Manager with strong negotiation skills to enhance our international distribution network in the medical device sector. This role is vital for our global growth, requiring a candidate who excels in developing partnerships and identifying market opportunities to drive sales through distributors. As a Distributor Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in international markets, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic approach to engage effectively in high-stakes negotiations.

Feladataid lesznek:

  • Leading new partners and enhancing the international distribution network while maintaining and supervising close relationships with existing partners in the medical device sector.
  • Representing the company at international conferences and negotiations, showcasing the latest technological advancements.
  • Leading market research activities, conducting thorough competitor analysis, and providing up-to-date forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
  • Recommending and implementing sales optimization strategies to achieve set performance targets.
  • Supporting and promoting the introduction and sales of new medical products and services.
  • Conducting international strategic negotiations to secure desired level of partnerships.
  • Actively monitoring the distributors and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Collaborating with various departments, particularly marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly sales targets and all other KPIs.
  • Automatically performing relevant reports regularly
  • Quarterly evaluation of distributors.

Akit keresünk:

  • 3 years of international sales experience
  • Excellent stress tolerance
  • Excellent, active English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Accurate and precise work performance (experience with Excel, SFDC)
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel frequently for international business
  • Regular participation in international conferences
  • Active involvement in setting up and arranging exhibition stands at conferences
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
