QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or relevant field an asset
- Hair, Aesthetic, or other industry license an asset
- Minimum of (2) years of consultative outside sales or related field experience
- Solid knowledge and experience using various social media platforms for business purposes
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and goal attainment through effective problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time & projects efficiently
- Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Must live within the assigned territory and have reliable transportation as travel is required
- Attendance at educational events and shows is required which may include overnight/weekend travel
- Flexibility with adjusting schedule to meet changing business needs

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new accounts
- Develop key accounts through business consulting, planning and conducting in-salon merchandising, brand image building, experience workshops, and product demos to establish strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
- Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, including total territory sales, key brand sales, key product promotions, and educational programs and shows
- Implement and manage Loyalty Programs for key accounts
- Prepare sales plans and reports as required
- Manage your sales cycle by prioritizing regular visits to key accounts within your designated territory
- Work closely with all other necessary departments to ensure excellent customer service and support for clients
- Demonstrate our company culture and values
- Perform other duties as required
