WHO WE ARE:

The USTA Northern Illinois District is the local district of the USTA/Midwest Section with the mission, “To Promote, Develop and Grow the Game of Tennis.” The district consists of 25 counties in the northern third of Illinois, excluding DuPage, Cook and Lake County.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Four year College Degree – required
• Minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in sports or consumer marketing – required
• Marketing experience – preferred
• Knowledge of USTA mission, programs, and platforms – preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - required
• Excellent management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines- required
• Results driven - required
• Passionate for the game of tennis
• A strong understanding of finance and financial management- required
• Strong leadership and team management skills- required
• Able to lead and motivate team to achieve their goals- required
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems quickly and effectively- required
