Job Summary: The District Manager will oversee the operations of multiple restoration sites within the assigned district. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring that each location meets company standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The District Manager will work closely with site managers to ensure that operations run smoothly and will be responsible for achieving district performance goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to lead our operations and drive growth in our Idaho region.

Responsibilities:

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE ARE:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support site managers and their teams. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics for each location, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for each site. Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions as needed to meet financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within the district. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue.
