The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit to our Kingswinford District Nursing Team a Band 6 Specialist Practice District Nurse who is enthusiastic and well-organised. The post-holder is responsible for the ongoing assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. The post holder wi ll carry out all relevant forms of care and will take responsibility for caseload holders in their absence. The management of the work area, clinical caseload, Including supervision and development of staff.
