Description:

The District Sales Manager is responsible for growing, expanding and maintaining a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district; responsible for managing all Account Managers within the assigned district.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to give feedback on account plans;
  • Ability to connect accounts to “best owner”;
  • Understanding of financial reports; ability to use simple numerical analyses to drive decision making;
  • Relationship building skills, professional appearance and attitude;
  • Contributes towards creating a good work environment
  • Exceptional business acumen, value selling and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with all levels of an organization in all channels (written, spoken, presentation). Must be fluent in French.

Responsibilities:

Promote revenue and margin growth; lead district growth across IS, TS and FS sales; support sales efforts of important accounts in the district; drive sales budget; understand market and competitor activity and respond accordingly; develop marketing, channel and partner programs; monitor progress in sales and P&L goals; upsells and cross-sells across different LOBs; meet weekly with DVP to discuss district sales performance; take initiatives to incentivize cross and upsell
Ensure customer satisfaction; promote communication and coordination between operations and customer service to deliver exceptional service to clients; handle disputes and conflicts and troubleshoot with clients (when requested); support contract and relationship management; support collection of invoiced revenue from customers; complete monthly Revenue and Receivable Report
Develop talent; identify, recruit and retain talented AMs, Specialists and Sales Representatives; manage performance of and coach AMs, Specialists and Sales Representatives; lead weekly performance management meetings; uphold and role-model corporate values
