Description:

OVERVIEW:

As District Sales Manager (DSM) of British Columbia at Tsubaki of Canada you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our position as a marketing leader in the Power Transmission & Motion Control industry with professional enthusiasm. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Marketing we will work together as a sales team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering.
  • Three years of related industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to present the company in a professional manner.
  • The ability to multitask and react quickly as a result of ever-changing customer demands.
  • Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought.
  • Good analytical skills including full proficiency with Microsoft applications.

  • To provide value to our customers by using your mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
  • Building relationships at both a distributor and user level.
  • To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally.
  • Must be able to travel and be present in all parts of the territory.
  • Able to create plans and reports that benefit not only the company but yourself as well.
  • Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and encourage others internally (Inside Sales & Technical Sales Representatives).
