JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic District Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in the Central Region (Ontario).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical Degree, Masters, or similar preferable in one of the following disciplines: electrical, business engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Specific knowledge in the automation, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic segments
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster

Responsibilities:

  • Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
  • Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
  • Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Timely completion of all sales administration.
