CO-OP ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Are you a creative self-starter, seeking an internship with a high-performing team? Then this internship is your opportunity. The successful candidate will support the diverse customer segment by providing a broad range of analysis and project support in the development of business programs, including processes and procedures development and monitoring.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the lived experiences of Black communities
  • Be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Business acumen and strong organizational awareness
  • 3/4th year student. Business program preferred (Undergraduate or Graduate)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • TD working experience is an asset
  • Experience in social media marketing best practices is an asset
  • Interest in working in a customer-facing role (small business account managers, financial advisors, etc.)

    Please note this role will take place in a hybrid work environment: 2 days in office in Toronto, 3 days remote.
