Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Business Innovation Group leaders and the DEIB Advisory Council In their facilitation of Inclusion-related activities Including regular meeting planning and assistance with organizing Internal and external events.
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of inclusion-related content and programming for all associates
  • Leverage data and metrics to inform DEI priorities, define and measure success, and influence change
  • Stays current with trends, expectations, and standards related to DEI and can apply that knowledge to content development.
  • Attend outreach, recruiting, and other events, and engage in training opportunities that support our DE&I values
  • Assist DEIB team with programs and strategies that enable the recruiting team to identify and engage underrepresented talent, specifically tied to recruiting and recognition.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
