On the one hand, you will lead and coordinate our DEIB efforts, while on the other hand, you will play a crucial role in our Learning Institute, managing and enhancing our DEIB-learning modules and programs.

Responsibilities:

We are De Brauw, a forward-thinking law firm committed to excellence and innovation. Our DEIB initiatives are not just programs – they’re a fundamental part of who we are and how we work.
Your responsibilities will include:

DEIB Initiatives (50%):

  • Coordinating the DEIB focus group and managing the Inclusion Committee.
  • Managing De Brauw’s DEIB agenda and ensuring events are well-distributed throughout the year.
  • Collecting DEIB data and tracking progress metrics.
  • Providing administrative support for DEIB initiatives (scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and correspondence).
  • Creating engaging content for internal announcements and social media.

Learning Institute (50%):

  • Organizing DEIB-learning programs and modules.
  • Collaborating with workshop providers to compile and improve the content and structure of DEIB modules.
  • Planning the agenda and sending calendar invites for DEIB-learning sessions.
