POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Diving Superintendent at M/S Nereus Subsea Services, you will oversee and manage all aspects of diving operations to ensure safe, efficient, and successful execution of projects. You will play a critical role in leading dive teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining high operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in commercial diving operations, with significant experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Certified Dive Supervisor (ADAS, IMCA, or equivalent) with deep knowledge of diving techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
