Description:

Our Financial Planning and Analysis team sits within the Macquarie Asset Management division, supporting the business to execute on its strategy while investing to deliver positive outcomes for our clients, portfolio companies and communities.

What role will you play?
In your role as the Division Director, you will lead a team of 16 across Sydney, London, Gurugram & Mumbai, you will be responsible for Macquarie Asset Management wide reporting and analytics to support senior stakeholders across Macquarie Group, which include the Group Head and Executive Committee in strategic decisions, and CFO and CEO with investor presentations. You will be a member of the Macquarie Asset Management CFO Financial Management Leadership Committee to help prioritise and drive Finances change agenda within the business. In addition, you will be responsible for directly supporting business decisions and performance, foster a high performing team culture, be a subject matter expert in the field, provide performance data and help drive the delivery of objects and key results across the division.

  • Experience within Asset Management or Financial Services industry is desired but not preferred.
