JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Salary Range $100,422 - $150,654, depending on experience*
* This is a role that is mainly a individual contributor with 1 direct report.*
Primary responsibilities include identifying and implementing innovative approaches in leveraging data sets to derive strategic insights. Strong collaboration skills are critical, along with mission-driven and service-oriented approach. Responsible for supporting analytic needs of annual and on-going strategic planning through the use of database systems, analysis, modeling and project management skills. Delivers value-added market intelligence and decision support for optimal portfolio management and market growth opportunities. Supports division strategy, business development, service line leadership and hospital teams in business case development, opportunity identification, and other analytic support. This is a technical role requiring the ability to develop dashboards and other analytic platforms and reports. Supervisory responsibilities.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or health-related field required
• Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics
• Background in data management, dashboard development, and reporting required
• Strong technical skills across a range of disciplines including dashboard development, database management (e.g. SQL, RDBMS, Python), business intelligence reporting and analytics software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAS), data warehouses (Google BigQuery, etc.) mapping tools (e.g. ESRI, Maptitude), and Microsoft Office suite (including advanced Excel VBA programming, BOBJ, Access, Powerpoint),
• Hospital or healthcare related experience preferred
• Project management and team management skills preferred
• 8 years or more of progressively responsible experience in strategic planning, business analytics, financial analysis, or consulting in a healthcare services setting preferred
