Our Corporate Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Caloocan in the role of Division Head .
As the Division Head (DH) , you will serve as a strategic thinker & planner of the division in terms of business and relationship growth, as well as the main driver of the Banks marketing arm as far as middle market and corporate accounts are concerned.

• Develops strategies and plans to acquire new clients, increase overall business and share of wallet from existing accounts.
• Monitors account profitability and returns on capital employed as well as risk asset.
• Ensures that standard process flows are set up to facilitate implementation of transactions and avoid float/technical past due.
• Responsible of mentoring and coaching Relationship Manager (RM). Ensures that his RMs are equipped with the skills and competency necessary for effective account management.
• Responsible for ensuring that all RMs have well thought out account plans, and guides and assists the RM in the implementation of the account plan including the formulation of remediation and catch up plans towards the attainment of the RMs KPIs.
