YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical laboratory, chemical, biological science or related field is required
• 1+ year of experience in clinical laboratory with a working knowledge of clinical laboratory laws and regulations
• 2+ years of experience in quality improvement is preferred
• Clinical licensure, laboratory medical technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the message to individuals and audiences across the organization.

Our infrastructure includes a fullyautomated esoteric core laboratory in Fort Lauderdale, a histology and microbiology operation in Largo,Florida, and a network of hospital based rapid-response laboratories present in fourHCA Healthcare divisions within the state of Florida.
