DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR – ELECTRONIC & CORPORATE SECURITY

Reports to: Executive Director, Corporate Security

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Divisional Director to lead and manage ICTS’s Corporate Security contracts with oversight of our Electronic Security/Monitoring services across the UK. This is a national role with a primary focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance within our client accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Significant experience managing security service contracts with a strong focus on client engagement, service transformation, and operational delivery.
• Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale, high-stakes contracts with financial accountability.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management, and health and safety regulations.

FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE ACCOUNTABILITY

• Direct financial oversight of the operational sector, including budget management, payroll, invoicing, and end-of-month financial reporting.
• Develop and implement performance targets aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives, driving a results-focused culture within the team.
• Provide the Executive Director with comprehensive performance reporting, highlighting achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
