Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Division of Medicine, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
Oversee the implementation of the PAHT2030 strategy within the division, driving innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to achieve divisional and organisational goals.
Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Balance divisional leadership responsibilities with clinical practice in your specialty.
