Grade 04S: £26,638 - £30,259 per annum (inclusive of Oxford University weighting)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources team in the Social Sciences Divisional Office and gain experience and knowledge in delivering HR and administrative support for a wide range of staff.
The Divisional HR Assistant will support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service for divisional office staff as well as the Heads of Administration from the Division’s 15 departments.
You will play a critical role in providing a high-quality generalist HR service across the employee life-cycle. You’ll be integral in supporting the recruitment process, new starter and leaver process, the Division’s Recruitment Protocol and various divisional schemes.
The Divisional HR Assistant will be part of a supportive and collaborative team and work closely with a range of stakeholders including colleagues in departments, the divisional office and the wider University.
