Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The role of Divisional Manager - Client Solutions, presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic business leader to oversee the delivery of a wide range of client services and offers across Enterprise Ireland’s diverse and ambitious client base. A key focus of this role is driving the delivery of a world-class client service team in alignment with Enterprise Ireland’s strategy.
The Divisional Manager will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, with direct responsibility for the new Client Solutions Division, which comprises six departments dedicated to developing and delivering collaborative, impactful services and offers to Enterprise Ireland’s clients.
Collaborating seamlessly with Enterprise Ireland’s Client Advisory Divisions, the Divisional Manager will play a pivotal senior leadership role in ensuring that Enterprise Ireland’s client operating model delivers exceptional impact and value for clients, stakeholders and Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

The successful candidate will be deeply purpose driven with strong personal values and commitment to the role and be able to demonstrate evidence of:

  • Extensive leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing projects, and driving delivery of clear outcomes against corporate goals is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following business areas: Leadership, Talent & Skills; Operations & Digital; Business Expansion; Environmental Sustainability; and /or Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building and networking experience, including experience of influencing and collaborating at a senior level across the public and/or private sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and direct high-performance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth is essential.

  • Ability to lead the evolution of Enterprise Ireland’s portfolio of client services to meet client needs, achieve value for money, and deliver strategic impact is essential
