Description:
Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (DHcFT) is looking for a professional and motivated individual to undertake the Divisional People Lead role supporting the People and Inclusion Team.
The purpose of the role is to actively participate in programmes of work working with managers to lead on organisational change, partnership working with Trade Unions and transformational change as well as supporting the development, implementation and delivery of our ambitious EDI, HR and OD strategy.
You will provide operational and strategic HR advice and support on key project areas to staff and senior management as well as lead on your own project delivery. The role will require quick thinking and action coupled with the ability to forge and maintain relationships and establish credibility across the organisation.
You will be an integral part of the leadership teams you support and are able to commission other teams from the People Services Joint Venture partnership with (Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust) to support system, divisional and organisational wide priorities.
You must have Chartered membership of the CIPD (MCIPD) or equivalent level of experience and d emonstrable experience of having led large programmes of transformational change.
Experience of managing complex ER cases and experience of providing strategic HR support to a business by working in partnership with senior managers, is essential.
Our Trust provides mental health, learning disability and autism services across Derby and Derbyshire, alongside services for children and young people in Derby and southern Derbyshire. We also offer a range of specialist services including substance misuse, gambling harms and eating disorders services. We have a strong organisational identity and are very proud of our values-led approach to healthcare.
This role sits within our People and Inclusion team who are responsible for offering a strategic professional HR service to the Trust, supporting all divisions and departments. The team consists of Divisional People Leads, Strategic Recruitment and Reward, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning, Roster and Medical staffing.
Transactional day to day Human Resource services are delivered through a shared people services function (Joint Venture) with Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS).
