We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and highly organised individual to join our team as the Divisional Quality and Safety Coordinator and PA to the Divisional Director of Nursing. This key role involves providing high-level diary management, administrative, and planning support across the Division of Surgery and Cancer.
We are looking for a dependable and adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, approachability, and the ability to respond to the changing needs of the division are essential to succeed in this demanding yet rewarding position.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritise and balance the demands of a dynamic department.

The post holder will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining clinical databases and management of their processes through the system. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring progress against key targets for the Divisional Quality & Safety portfolio.
The post holder will have broad knowledge and experience and will use their reasoning, intellect and judgement to manage their workload, make decisions and proactively deal with issues independently.
