This position will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving daily production schedules and product quality goals.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years related experience in lab/manufacturing environment and/or training (may be obtained through work or school)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to understand and adapt to new schedules in environment due to priority changes
• Ability to collaborate and work with other team members in a team-based environment
• Ability to use manufacturing systems such as QAD and AGILE to print all required documents from QAD and Agile to complete the daily work as indicated in the production schedule.

• Follows Manufacturing SOPs.
• Completes Production Floor paperwork, including SOPs as required by the Quality System. Records information such as weight, time and date packaged.
• Starts, stops, and supervises speed of conveyors
• Assists with validation of equipment
• Reads and understands work orders to successfully set up material on production line, and verify and count the amounts required as per work order.
• Inspects material, products and containers at each set up of production process.
• Inserts or pours product into containers or fills from spout or chute.
• Obtains and sort product.
